I am looking for test knitters for my new knitted hat design for children and adults. π§Άπ
I designed this hat in two options - simple hat in stocking stitch and hat decorated with pretty fancy bobbles. Both those options are included into the pattern. There is also a photo tutorial for bobbles. My sample is knitted in size teen/adult M. The white hat is knitted with a strand of mohair yarn for this cosy halo.
Required skills: Cast on, knit, purl, basic increasing and decreasing, knitting in the round, three needle bind off.
Difficulty level: Intermediate
Deadline: 27th of October, 2026
DESIGN OVERVIEW: The bucket hat is knitted in Aran weight yarn on circular needles. Knitting starts with the crown slowly increasing the stitches to the body of hat. Then the body of hat is knitted in stockinette stitch for Hat 1 or in combination of stotckinette and row of fancy bobbles for Hat 2. The Brim of hat is double layered.
